1. Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 31-day return policy with no restocking fee.
For Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report within 7 days with photos
- Minor issues can often be easily repaired with guidance
- Replacement parts are provided when applicable
- If damage is irreparable, we will replace or refund promptly
For Other Reasons (Including Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind):
- Contact us within 31 days to request return authorizatioN
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Full refund will be issued upon inspection
- Shipping costs are non-refundable where applicable
2. Custom-Made & Special Orders
At Captain Heritage, we specialize in museum-quality, custom-made wooden boats and ship models tailored to your exact requirements. Our portfolio includes collaborations with global brands and institutions.
Production typically takes 30 to 120 days, depending on complexity.
Note: All custom-made and special order items are final sale. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted once production begins.
3. Warranty
All seaworthy full size wooden boats and composite boats are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, under normal use and proper care. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. When a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or offer a reasonable repair cost allowance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, modifications, or external impacts.
4. Other Conditions
Typographical and stenographic errors subject to correction. Purchaser terms inconsistent with those stated herein which may appear on purchaser's formal order will not be binding to Captain Heritage.
