The Lasse 21ft is a compact wooden cruising sailboat that combines Scandinavian-inspired practicality with classic craftsmanship. Designed for coastal cruising, lake sailing, and relaxed weekend trips, its balanced proportions, clean hull lines, and purposeful deck layout provide comfortable handling and dependable performance.

Handcrafted in our workshop from carefully selected Western Red Cedar, Mahogany, and Teak, the Lasse 21 is reinforced where necessary with Hexcel fiberglass and protected with System Three marine spar varnish. Traditional plank-on-frame construction provides strength and durability while preserving the character of a classic wooden boat.

The hull offers steady tracking, forgiving handling, and balanced helm response in moderate conditions. A compact cabin provides practical overnight accommodation, while the manageable size makes the boat suitable for launching and trailering.
