Each vessel is entirely handcrafted using a stitch-and-glue construction method variant, with fiberglass sheathing applied to the bottom for added durability and abrasion resistance. The integrated bow crash-box and double-bottom cockpit structure are carefully built to enhance safety, ensuring buoyancy, unsinkable characteristics, and a self-bailing cockpit.
