Completed in August 2019, the MSC Gülsün made maritime history as the world’s largest container ship at the time of her debut. Constructed by Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea for the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), this record-setting ultra-large container vessel measures an impressive 1,312 feet (400 meters) in length with a beam of 202 feet (61.5 meters).
