Amerigo Vespucci Museum-Quality Model

Bring the elegance and maritime heritage of one of Italy’s most iconic sailing ships into your home or office with this museum-quality, fully assembled Amerigo Vespucci model. The original Amerigo Vespucci was built in 1930 at the Naval Shipyard of Castellammare di Stabia, Italy, and is renowned for its distinctive design and enduring naval tradition.

This highly detailed wooden replica is meticulously handcrafted from scratch by skilled master craftsmen using historical photographs, detailed drawings, and original plans. Built to scale, it combines premium materials such as Western Red Cedar, rosewood, and mahogany to achieve an authentic appearance and refined finish.

Each model is 100% individually handcrafted using the traditional plank-on-frame construction method, closely following techniques used in the construction of full-size wooden ships. Individual frames and planks are carefully assembled to create a structurally detailed hull, while intricate components are finished with exceptional attention to scale and accuracy.

Requiring hundreds of hours of craftsmanship, every model undergoes a demanding quality-control process before leaving the workshop. Fully assembled and ready to display, the Amerigo Vespucci model makes an impressive centerpiece for a home, office, maritime collection, or sophisticated interior.
