Master artisans handcraft each piece from scratch using historical photographs, drawings, and original plans. Built to scale with premium woods such as cedar, mahogany, and teak, the model follows the traditional plank-on-frame construction-just like the actual ship. Each model takes hundreds of hours to complete and goes through a rigorous quality control process before leaving the workshop.
