The T.S.S. Normandie Model

The T.S.S. Normandie was one of the finest ocean liners ever built in France. This highly detailed model ship is handcrafted from scratch by master craftsmen using historical photographs, drawings, and original plans as references.

Built to scale with premium Western Red Cedar, Rosewood, and Mahogany, the model uses traditional plank-on-frame construction, similar to the methods used in actual wooden shipbuilding. Each model is individually handcrafted and requires hundreds of hours of work, followed by a rigorous quality inspection.

The model features multiple wooden decks, hundreds of open windows along the hull, detailed stanchions and guardrails, three distinctive smokestacks painted in red and black, and dozens of individually handcrafted wooden lifeboats. A unique laser-cut serial number behind the brass nameplate identifies this model as part of an exclusive edition.

The mast is shipped in a lowered position to help reduce shipping costs.

The Display Case

The matching display case is crafted from hardwood and finished in an elegant dark mahogany color. Plexiglass panels on all sides provide excellent visibility while helping protect the model from dust and everyday exposure.
