Each model is completely hand-built using the traditional plank-on-frame construction method, taking 4-5 months to complete. Clients may customize dimensions, wood type, finish, rigging, or other design features according to their preference.With an overall length of 7 feet and a sturdy, well-balanced hull, the Saipan offers both stability and elegance. The design includes a center thwart and mast bench, with a reinforced centerboard trunk secured by oak straps for added rigidity. Floor gratings are raised above the bottom for easy drainage, while open gunwales ensure the boat stays clean and dry.
